No Experience is necessary, full industry training is provided. starting pay is $27,040.00- $30,710.00 with opportunity to grow with experience.

• Inspecting houses for signs of termites or other organisms. This involves crawling in and under homes and in tight spaces.
• Building and maintaining positive customer relationships.
• Work and communicate well with other coworkers and office staff.
• Develop and implement solutions for customers pest problems.
• Applying chemicals in residential and commercial settings.
• Recording inspection findings and materials used in detail with smartphone or tablet.
• Properly maintain work vehicle, equipment and tools

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Termite Contract Specialist with at least two years of administrative experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing termite contracts and related services, contract renewals, Billing, real estate transaction paperwork and provide excellent customer support. This position is ideal for someone who excels in administrative tasks and is committed to delivering a high standard of service.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage termite service contracts and related services, including renewals, documentation, real estate transactions, invoicing, and schedule coordinating.
• Coordinate with customers, technicians, and managers to schedule inspections, treatments and other service-related tasks.
• Respond to customers, realtors, closing agents, and lenders inquiries with professionalism and provide detailed information on services and policies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customers’ accounts and contract documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance. This includes filing and updating both physical and digital records.
• Assist in preparing reports and tracking contract performance metrics.

• Minimum of two years of administrative experience, preferably in a service-based industry.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
